12 Weeks to balance your hormones, restore your energy and feel in control again.

If you are feeling

  • There can be many causes for hormone imbalances, fatigue, poor digestion and sleep. Stress, poor sleep, diet, toxicity, gut health to name a few. This programme combines the actionable steps dependant on whats happening for you together with the motivation and accountability to stick to the plan.


Why 3 month: it can take 3 months to see change with hormonal imbalances. Base programme as some people/conditions need a longer time frame.

Weeks 1 -3 (approx)   This is the fact finding part of the programme.

We gather all the information and discover what is really going on for you.  I can then do any necessary analysis and research and work out the best treatment for you as an individual.

This information will also give us some baseline markers that we can measure your progress against.

Our fact finding includes:

  • An in depth registration form.

  • A 3 day food and lifestyle Diary

  • Our initial consultation

  • Any necessary testing – eg: blood tests/DUTCH Hormone test. Read more about testing here


During this time you can get started on "The Golden Rules" programme, to get your health basics underway.


Weeks 4- 8  This is where we start putting your plan in to action.

  • Wellness plan appointment. During this appointment we go through your Wellness Plan. It will outline my reasoning for why you are feeling like you do what we need to do to get you functioning well again. There will also be recommendations around diet, lifestyle and any herbs/supplements that may be important to get you feeling great faster.  We also look at any highlighted nutritional deficiency's and how to rectify them.   


  •  You will receive a Recipe Booklet to help you make any of the diet changes.

  • At the 2 week mark we will catch up again to make sure everything is going well and to answer any questions.


  • 2 weeks after that, another progress check in to see what's working and what challenges you are having. We monitor your progress with a short questionnaire.


  • We can stay in touch between appointments with my secure messaging system.



Week 8-12  This month the focus is on staying on track and seeing results.

  • Weekly email check ins - 3 quick questions each week so we can see how you are tracking.

  • Food Dairy Anaylsis- So we can check how your food to tracking, the improvements from the original dairy and if any tweaks still need to be made.


  • Follow up appointment

       In this final appointment we look at how far you come, where you are feeling you 

       are at now and where to next.  You may be ready to go it alone now or you may feel

       you still need extra support.


Pay in full:  $790


Payment Plan: $150 deposit, 3 monthly payments of $230
