Sheree here. As a registered naturopath, herbalist, and intuitive coach, I work daily with women in midlife who feel overwhelmed by symptoms they don’t fully understand — constant fatigue, disrupted sleep, changing weight, and that feeling that their body is changing without their permission!
And I’m Karen. As a physiotherapist turned Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer, I see women who want to move, feel strong, and trust their bodies again — but aren’t sure what’s safe or helpful anymore.
