Who is this for?

This is for women in midlife who are feeling overwhelmed, confused, and unsure where to start with their menopause symptoms—and want a simple, natural, supportive approach that actually feels doable.

How much time do I need each day?

Each day is designed to be simple and realistic—just a few minutes to go through the module and implement your one small step. You do need to make the time to make the small changes, which is, of course, the whole point!
